Winner takes all as 12 all-star Naked and Afraid survivalists battle to take home $100,000 and be crowned the Last One Standing in a head-to-head, multiphase challenge.

Naked and Afraid's most skilled compete for $100,000 and to be crowned the franchise's best. Starting with no tools, they scramble to prep for a brutal storm and two competitors are at risk immediately. A cutthroat survivalist puts the others on notice.
2. Cache Me If You Can
Air Date: 2023-05-14
As competitors rush to find cached items, Matt races to grab the bow before Jeff. A grueling migration features head-to-head tests of survival skills. A group forms to stop Jeff from finding more items. A survivalist plots to sabotage two competitors.
3. Africa's Most Dangerous Snakes
Air Date: 2023-05-21
A deadly snake could take Matt out of the challenge – or become lunch. Survivalists' tracking skills are tested as they scramble to recover the remaining caches before their competition. Gary and Waz hatch a plan to coax Stacey into sending Jeff home.
4. More Hides Than Friends

Competitors battle for new resources in a grueling migration across punishing, elevated terrain. An injury puts Matt's challenge at risk. Waz unleashes a game-changing response to Jeff's cutthroat strategy. Two survivalists exit the challenge.

A serious leg injury puts Matt’s challenge in jeopardy. During a dangerous white-water migration, the survivalists and their rafts are battered. Tempers flare, and Gary squares off with Matt and Waz. New camp dynamics shake up the competition.

Survivalists must craft a primitive axe that can fell a tree; Jeff makes a desperate play to get a bow; a deep gash on Dan's hand threatens his challenge; Trish's camp crafts a fish net; a competitor is eliminated.

Territorial baboons mount a nocturnal attack, forcing survivalists to abandon their boma; competitors must craft a four-pronged spear to secure a catfish; a punishing challenge triggers an urgent ambulance evacuation during an African heatwave.

Bitter rivals Dan and Jeff must work together to grab a key survival item.

Temperatures rise during a grueling challenge where survivalists must dig seep wells and boil water primitively.

A triple-elimination fire challenge cuts the field in half. A scorpion sting puts a competitor at risk and finalists must preserve fire, bushcraft a boom stick and master an unprecedented bow competition.

In the Australian Outback, 14 of Naked and Afraid's best, including Laura, Matt, Ky and Max, vie for the title. A legend suffers a third-degree burn and faces immediate elimination. Survivalists are warned when deadly taipan snakes surround their shelter.
2. A Thief in the Night
Air Date: 2025-05-25
Shocking sabotage and a midnight medical emergency upend the competition. The elimination challenge requires a photo finish. Survivalists' skills are tested as camps must build primitive hooks and ladders to claim critical caches. A legend is sent home.
3. Scared and Snared Down Under
Air Date: 2025-06-01
While tracking a wild boar, Laura discovers a shocking animal nest. To avoid elimination, camps scramble to build baited spring snare traps. Tensions rise when Patrick questions Jermaine’s hunting tactics. One competitor is eliminated.
